Nursery and LKG Admission

  • Registration and admission to Nursery and LKG start from 16th January, 2023.
  • Age limit for the child seeking admission is 3 years and above.
Required Documents:
  • Two passport-size photographs of the child.
  • Photostat copy of Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (No affidavit will be accepted).
  • Photocopy of Parent’s Highest Qualification Certificate.
  • Photocopy of Category Certificate (if applicable).
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the Child (Details should match the Birth Certificate).

Class +1 Admission

  • Registration for admission to Class +1 is conducted in the first week of February.
  • Admission is granted purely on a merit basis after an entrance test.
  • Entrance tests for other classes are conducted depending on the availability of seats.

Re-Admission

  • Re-admission is subject to the Principal’s discretion and seat availability.
  • Students whose names were removed due to non-payment of fees or long absences may apply for re-admission.
  • In such cases, a re-admission fee and other dues must be cleared.

Withdrawals

  • If a student wishes to withdraw from the school, a formal application must be submitted 30 days in advance.
  • Failure to apply in advance will result in the payment of one quarter’s tuition fee for obtaining the School Leaving Certificate (S.L.C).
  • The Security Amount will only be refunded if the withdrawal application is made during the withdrawal process or within one month of the board results declaration.

Leave and Attendance

  • Every student must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible to appear for the Final Examination.
  • In case of absence, a proper leave application (on the prescribed form) must be submitted by the parents.
  • A long sick leave application must be supported by a valid medical certificate.

Code of Conduct
